Meet Haley, your creative left-hand
Hey, I’m Haley!
Co-founder of The Hustle, graphic designer, visual problem-solver, and the girl who can take the idea floating around in your head and turn it into exactly what you were trying to picture—only better.
I love helping women see their businesses the way everyone else should: valuable, professional, memorable, and absolutely worthy of being noticed.
You’ve already done the brave part. You took your idea seriously, put your name behind it, and started building something of your own. My job is to create a visual identity that reflects just how much thought, heart, and hard work you’ve already poured into it.
Whether I'm coaching college athletes or helping a woman bring her business to life, I love seeing potential, paying attention to the details, and helping people become more confident in what they’re capable of.

Your business deserves to look as good as it really is
So many women come to us with incredible businesses—but their branding no longer reflects the quality of what they’re offering.
Maybe you created your original logo when you were just getting started. Maybe your website has been pieced together over the years. Or maybe you have an amazing vision in your head but no clue how to explain what it should look like.
That’s okay. You don’t need to know the name of a font, understand color theory, or arrive with a perfectly organized Pinterest board. You can show me what you love, what you dislike, and what simply doesn’t feel right. I’ll help connect the dots and turn it into a visual direction that feels thoughtful, cohesive, and completely yours.
Beautiful is only the beginning
I love beautiful design—but looking pretty isn’t enough.
Your branding should communicate something. Your website should be easy to use. Your social graphics should be recognizable. Every place your business appears should feel like it belongs to the same story.
Whether I’m creating a full brand identity, designing a website, developing social content, or perfecting a printed piece, I’m always thinking about the complete experience.
How will this be used? How will it look on a phone? Does it connect with the right people? Will it still feel like your brand six months from now?
The goal is never to make your business look like everyone else’s. The goal is to make it feel unmistakably like you.

For the woman behind the business
I know your business is more than a logo, website, or Instagram feed.
It may represent a dream you’ve carried for years, a risk you finally decided to take, or an opportunity to create a different life for yourself and your family.
That’s why I care so much about getting it right.
I want the final result to feel like more than a design you approve. I want it to give you confidence. I want you to feel excited to send someone to your website, hand out your business card, share your work, and say, “Yes, this is mine.”
Because you deserve to feel ridiculously proud of what you’ve built.

What I bring to The Hustle
I’m the visual thinker of our duo.
Lynsie usually arrives with the strategy, the words, and several enthusiastic messages beginning with, “Oooo, okay…hear me out.” Then I take all those ideas and figure out how they should look, feel, and work together.
Our brains work differently in the best possible way. She sees the possibilities and the big-picture strategy. I see the details and how every visual piece should connect.
Somewhere between her ideas and my attention to detail, the magic happens.
What working with me feels like
Thoughtful, collaborative, detailed, and far less intimidating than you may expect.
You don’t need to speak “designer.” You only need to tell me what you love, what doesn’t feel right, and how you want people to feel when they encounter your business.
I’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and help turn all those thoughts into a visual identity that feels intentional, elevated, and genuinely yours.

I’m always going to be the person quietly cheering you on.
Lynsie sends the ideas. I make them make visual sense.
Running has always been a huge part of my life
I believe functional things can—and should—still be beautiful.
Espresso and a good creative project are an ideal pairing.
I’m a college track and cross country coach.
Ready for a brand that finally feels like you?
Bring me the screenshots, saved colors, scattered ideas, half-formed thoughts, and everything you’ve been trying to piece together.
Together, we’ll create something that doesn’t just look beautiful—it shows the world how incredible your business already is.
