Meet Lynsie, your instant bestie

Hey, love! I’m Lynsie.

Co-founder of The Hustle, marketing strategist, professional idea generator, and the girl who will become fully invested in your business approximately five minutes after meeting you.

I have a huge heart for women building businesses while also juggling families, careers, relationships, and approximately one million other things. I know how much courage it takes to take an idea you care deeply about and put it into the world.

You shouldn’t have to figure out every piece of marketing by yourself—and you definitely shouldn’t feel like you need to have everything perfectly organized before asking for help.

Bring me the scattered notes, unfinished ideas, screenshots, voice messages, and the “I know what I mean, but I don’t know how to explain it” thoughts. We’ll make sense of them together.

Marketing and I basically grew up together

I started my marketing career with a family-owned small business back when websites were just becoming a thing, Facebook was brand new, and Google Ads were the latest and greatest thing everyone was trying to figure out.

There wasn’t a step-by-step guide telling me what to do, so I taught myself all of it.

I even met one of the founders of Pinterest before Pinterest officially launched—which is actually really cool, but also confirms that I have been doing this for approximately 100 years. Lol.

After my husband and I moved to Albert Lea, I continued working in marketing and learning every new platform as the digital world changed. We had lived there for about 10 years before I made the move to a local marketing agency, where I continued helping businesses with websites, social media, digital advertising, strategy, and all the things.

Then COVID happened, and we welcomed our fourth baby, Crosbie—our one and only boy!

I decided it was time to leave the agency and focus on our family, but apparently marketing wasn’t quite done with me. Small-business owners kept reaching out and asking if I could help.

One project turned into another…and another…and The Hustle Marketing Co. was born.

There wasn’t a perfectly polished business plan or some huge dramatic launch. The Hustle grew because people trusted me, I genuinely loved helping them, and I knew small-business owners deserved someone in their corner who cared about their businesses just as much as they did.

And honestly? That is still exactly what The Hustle is all about today.

Women with big dreams deserve big support

There is something incredibly special about working with a woman who has decided to bet on herself. Maybe your business began at the kitchen table after the kids went to bed. Maybe you left a career that no longer felt right. Maybe you’re growing something that started as a tiny idea and has become bigger than you ever expected.

Or maybe you know your business is ready for more—you just don’t know what “more” should look like yet.

Wherever you are, I want you to feel seen, supported, and ridiculously proud of what you’re building. My job isn’t to take over and make your business sound like everyone else’s. It’s to help uncover what makes you different and build marketing that finally feels like you.

What I bring to The Hustle

I’m usually the one asking all the questions, building the strategy, writing the words, digging through the analytics, troubleshooting the weird website issue, and sending Haley messages that begin with:

My favorite part of this work is helping women find clarity. I love taking 47 ideas, uncovering the really good one buried underneath them, and turning it into a plan that feels exciting and actually doable.

What working with me feels like

Collaborative, conversational, honest, supportive, and probably a little more fun than you expected marketing to be.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or arrive with a beautifully organized plan. Tell me what you’re thinking, what feels hard, what you’re dreaming about, and where you feel stuck.

We’ll figure out the rest together.

I will absolutely use too many exclamation points

“Oooo, I have an idea” is my unofficial catchphrase.

I can turn one little question into an entire strategy session.

I’ve never met a small business I didn’t want to help.

My clients tend to become my friends

I believe marketing should sound like a person—not a brochure.

Have an idea you can’t stop thinking about?

Oooo, I want to hear everything. Let’s talk about what it could become and how we can bring it to life in a way that feels completely, unmistakably you.
